Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the item, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period and should be in the same condition in which it was received. Customers may inspect and handle the item as they would in a physical retail store. Items should, where possible, be returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to reduce any refund amount if the value of the item has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Certain items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including personalized or custom-made products, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other products excluded by law.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@ubucy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
